DESCRIPTION
The Direct Action® SPITFIRE® MKII Plate Carrier is amongst the best plate carriers we have ever used and sold. For this reason we decided to create a Basic bundle with the most popular cummerbund, front flap and back panel choices such that you can start a setup while taking profit from a discount.
The standard setup is compiled of the SPITFIRE® MKII with a black comfort pad set in Size M and our ReconBrothers® patch is included for FREE. The other options are all up to you whereas you can choose between the 2 most popular SPITFIRE® cummerbunds (either size M or L), 3 of Direct Action®'s most popular front flaps and 3 of the most popular SPITFIRE® back panels.
Only thing left for you to complete it is fill it with your plates and equipment.

CUMMERBUND OPTIONS
Direct Action® SPITFIRE® MKII Rapid Access Cummerbund
Featuring innovative ROC® buckles. The cummerbund is attached to the front just like the standard one, via hook&loops, but to open or close it, you no longer need to open the front flap. Simply pull one of the cord pullers to open the buckle, or just slide the buckle in to close it. Direct Action® SPITFIRE® MKII Elastic Cummerbund
One of the different cummerbunds designed for the SPITFIRE® plate carrier. Made entirely of 100mm/4” elastic webbing divided into sections. Each section can accommodate a single carbine magazine (AR/AK/SR/G36).Laminate puller holes in each section can also be used for attaching a bungie cord, providing even more security for the mags. Direct Action® Skeletonized Triple Rifle Flap
Designed to fit up to three carbine/rifle magazines, including M4/AR15, AK, SR style magazines. Its Hypalon® inside provides a strong grip & prevents magazine from falling out even when it gets snagged. Direct Action® SPITFIRE® Triple Rifle Magazine Flap
Features three adjustable rifle pouches sewn directly on its surface that allow the carrying of three rifle magazines for either AR, AK or SR platforms. Direct Action® Skeletonized Quad SMG Flap
An extremely light flap designed to carry four SMG magazines, including MP5 or even Scorpion Evo. Covered with a laser-cut modular system compatible with MOLLE/PALS. From the top, the magazines are secured by bungie cords with Hypalon® pull tabs. LINK TO PRODUCT
BACK PANEL OPTIONS
Direct Action® SPITFIRE® MKII MOLLE Panel
This flat back panel is covered with a laser-cut modular system and is attached to the plate carrier via its zipper system. The panel features an internal pocket that can accommodate a hydration bladder or breaching tools. LINK TO PRODUCT
Direct Action® SPITFIRE® Assault Panel
Designed to function in the CQB role. The top portion has three Velcro®-closed pouches to contain various types of flash-bangs or spare magazines. A large, zipper-closed universal cargo pouch is mounted beneath them which is lined with soft, velour material. Direct Action® SPITFIRE® MKII Utility Back Panel
Based on the SPITFIRE® Assault Panel it features not 1, but 2 large utility pouches. Both pockets are large enough to fit a light jacket, NODs, additional ammo, spare batteries etc. Additionally, the panel has a large, flat compartment that can fit a hydration bladder or breaching tools. SIZING
Please measure your chest circumference with a tape measure and use the below numbers to pick your optimal size.
- Size M: Chest up to 120 cm, Width x Height = 26,7 x 34,3 cm
The plate carrier will fit most popular plates on the market, including SAPI cuts.
As for what size of ballistic/training plates you should use depends on your individual measurements. Visit the below link to learn how to determine your plate size.
Below sizes represent the measurements (full length & height) of one side of the cummerbund set.
- Size M: 58,5 x 14 cm
- Size L: 62,5 x 14 cm
The SPITFIRE® MKII Rapid Access Cummerbund can fit 6x6" or 6x8" soft/hard ballistic inserts with the Direct Action® SPITFIRE® Side SAPI Mount Set. The Velcro® strap on the back is 10,5 cm in height.
On the SPITFIRE® MKII Elastic Cummerbund, the Velcro® strap on the back is 14 cm in height.
